JOLT Fitness is an outdoor group training and personal training business run in the grounds of St Therese’s Primary school in Essendon.
Our mission is to help turn everday people into extraordinary people that are physically prepared for everyday life. Increasing your energy levels so you can tackle whatever the day (or the children) throws at you, remove or reduce pain from joints or bad posture, and help to control and decrease stress levels in a fun and supportive environment.
Our philosophy is simple; A supportive fitness community paired with a balanced training program gives you the opportunity to create a healthy lifestyle and have the ongoing commitment required for long term health solutions.
The personal and group fitness trainers at JOLT Fitness are passionate about health, wellbeing and fitness, and get great satisfaction from seeing clients improve their quality of life through achieving their fitness, strength and weight loss goals.
Our programs are designed around five core disciplines, endurance, strength, high intensity, mobility and flexibility and aerobic fitness, and use a mix of functional equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX suspension trainers and body weight to get the desired training effects.
