Our program is based on functional movements, teamwork and training that replicates real life situations like the ones mentioned above. All our sessions are led by professional fitness coaches and run outside in our big, secure outdoor training area or inside our big indoor training space when weather is an issue or the Winter months arrive. No gyms, no mirrors just functional, relevant and fun training in an inclusive environment.
All sessions are evenly balanced over the course of the weekly program every 12 weeks and rotate through boxing, endurance, strength, high intensity, teamwork and mobility and flexibility. This gives you a varied and balanced approach to training ensuring ongoing health, performance and weight loss results not quick fixes.
