Our group training program is designed for you to get the optimal effect out of your training so you can be the healthiest you can be at any age, whilst utalising the energising power of training outdoors in the fresh air.
All our sessions are run outside in our big, secure outdoor training area or inside our big indoor training space when weather is an issue. No gyms, no mirrors just functional and fun training in an inclusive environment.
All sessions are evenly balanced over the course of the weekly program every 12 weeks and rotate through boxing, endurance, strength, high intensity, teamwork and mobility and flexibility. This gives you a varied and balanced approach to training ensuring ongoing health, performance and weight loss results not quick fixes.
