Brad was drawn to the fitness industry after completing ten years of service in the Australian Army. It was his experience in the army that lead Brad to create the JOLT Fitness community in 2009, based on an inclusive, fun and positive environment. You won’t find him shouting military style commands; rather his focus is on positive encouragement.
His personal passion for fitness and wellbeing is evident through the regular fitness challenges and information sessions he runs for the JOLT fitness community.
Tina started out as a client at Jolt fitness over 5 years ago, and quickly found a love for fitness and health.
After taking time off and becoming a mum, Tina struggled with the balance between taking care of her family, and herself. So when she returned to JOLT Fitness, she was at an unhealthy weight and lacking in confidence. But this is where her transformation began, both mentally and physically.
Ultimately, it's the experience that she's had first hand that has motivated Tina to become a personal trainer, so that she can have the impact on others, that JOLT Fitness had on her.
Helping other people become a better, healthier, fitter and stronger version of themselves and helping them live a long active life.
